Future Factory Journey
THE FUTURE FACTORY JOURNEY IS A BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM THAT OFFERS A COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH TO HELP COMPANIES DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT THEIR INDUSTRY 4.0 ROADMAP TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE, HUMAN-CENTERED AND RESILIENT MANUFACTURING.
The program consists of three main components
1. Moderated Innovation Journey
This component involves a series of individual workshops in the Swiss Smart Factory to systematically develop and implement your Industry 4.0 roadmap. The workshops aim to get everyone on-board and close knowledge gaps.

Since 2024, the Swiss Smart Factory is a Certified Training and Certification Centre by the International Centre for Industrial Transformation (INCIT).
2. Experience Sessions
This component provides an opportunity to benefit from live demos and run extensive tests and trials in the Swiss Smart Factory. The sessions allow you to experience the technology, test before investing and take informed decisions.
